Swimming is one of the most popular recreational sports that can be enjoyed by all ages. The ability to swim enables people to participate joyfully in a variety of other water sports. It is a Life skill.

Swimming is a low impact activity which means it is gentle on the body while still burns calories and improves overall fitness.

Swimming provides an all muscle workout. It is the action of pulling yourself through the water and working against the resistance. The water provides exercise for everything from your arms, shoulders down through your core and legs. By changing strokes you are using your muscles in different ways which builds strength.

Most important, living in an environment surrounded by water with easy access to water as well, knowing how to swim is also a life saving skill. Swimming is a life saving imperative.

Kids with us learn the four types of swimming:
1. Free Style
2. Back Crawl
3. Breast Stroke
4. Butter fly

Levels:
1. Starters/Fresh Beginner
        • No previous experience in the water.
        • No confidence and will not submerge without adult support.
2. Intermediate
        • Can swim easily and confidently but not following the right techniques.
3. Advanced
        • Upper level skills. Stamina and Stroke development

Registration:
• Please download the Registration Form from the website. Fill out the Form in full and bring along to the first session. (Click here)
• Payments must be paid in full upon confirmation of attendance of classes with the coach.
• Please note that once classes are confirms and payments are made there will be no refunds or change of scheduled classes.
